Asset Management

 

The mission of Asset Management is to record, track, and dispose of tangible equipment and furniture with an acquisition value of $1,000 or greater, which can be relocated, which are non-consumable in nature, and which have a life-expectancy of one year or more. This mission is in accordance with and governed by Florida Statute, Chapter 274; Rules of the Auditor General, Chapter 10.400; and the SPC BOT Rules and Procedures, Business Services 6Hx23-5.13 – Property Records.
